How to register for Evaluation 2005 Please note that CES/AEA on-line registrations will be cut-off on Thursday, October 20, at noon. Thereafter, only on-site registration will be accepted. You may download a PDF registration form that you can use to register on site. We recommend filling out the form ahead of time to expedite your registration process. Both the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) are processing registrations for Evaluation 2005. You need only register through one or the other for the conference and workshops. If you reside in Canada, please register through the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES; see below) unless you hold membership in only the American Evaluation Association (AEA). In that case, register through AEA. If you reside in the United States, please register through AEA (info@eval.org) unless you hold membership in only CES — then register through CES (see below). The current forms of ID for American citizens (valid Passport or original birth certificate plus driver's license) are all that you will need to enter Canada and return to the U.S. during 2005. If you reside outside of North America, please register through CES (see below), as they are the hosting Society and will provide travel invitations and services in French to those who require them. Registration fees will be processed in the currency of the society/association with which you register. You may join or renew your membership in either CES or AEA through either group's registration forms. We encourage you to consider membership in both groups as part of your registration.
